Refunds/Cancellations/Shipping Policy

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All images on the website are edited during post-production, and the actual product colors may differ from the images displayed on the website.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email customer service at abrarexpresss@gmail.com with a clear video that shows the product's defects along with your Order ID. We will arrange for the product to be picked up within 4 working days, and a replacement will be sent within 3 working days after receipt of the returned product by our team.

 REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds after orders have been shipped. In the case of a defective product, we only offer replacements. Please email us at abrarexpresss@gmail.com with a clear video that shows the product's defects along with your Order ID. Your order will be picked up within 4 working days, and we'll work on sending you a replacement within 3 working days upon receiving the product.

 SHIPPING

We will ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it, and you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by visiting the "My Account" page. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
