REFUND POLICY
At Abrar Express, refunds are processed only under valid circumstances.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be approved if:
- The order was not delivered
- A damaged or incorrect product was received
- The product is out of stock after payme
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within [5–10] working days through:

- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
- Original payment method
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
- Refund requests submitted after the allowed period may not be accepted
